It is a young plantation of four Year Caturra varieties, planted at elevations of 1300m, sandy loam soil with a rainfall of 1600 meters above sea level, grown under shade coffee. Tell us the story of your farm: I have owned for 8 years, with an area of 7,042 hectares totally cultivated varieties caturra and Paca. Since I bought has been a great effort to produce, I have had economic difficulties, but thank God I have achieved Coffee producing 200 qq. Family generations: My family is integrated of 5 members, both my parents and my brothers. Whats your secret for winning the competition? Proper management from land preparation, picking, fermenting and washing at the appropriate time, with high demands, preserving the environment How do you feel in being a winner? Happy to be involved and be competitive in terms of quality is concerned.
