Mr. Santos lives in the municipality of Santiago de Puringla, where he have his farm “El Aguacate”, which is owned and operated by himself. He learned the craft of coffee cultivation when he was twelve years old, he started helping his parents on the family farm, but then his father gave ownership of the farm to him. Over the years Javier has been learning about processing quality coffee.
Javier has a small wet mill and patios where he is able to personally control the washing and drying of his harvested cherries.
