My Farm La Ampliacion is located in the community of El Volcan, Dipilto Township, shade-grown coffee at a height of 1280 meters, easily accessible, with water service.
Tell us the story of your Farm:
I acquired by purchase 6 years ago, This farm was in a state of neglect but with a lot effort has been working to achieve having a plantation in good condition and mainly producing quality coffee.
Family Generations:
My family is composed by eight people my parents and brothers.
What is your secret for winning the competition?
A good selection of coffee at the time of cutting (only the mature grain), good wet processing flushing when he moved immediately to dry Mill.
How do you feel to be a winner?
I am so very happy and lucky to obtain this award and think I got this recognition due to appropriate management is given the coffee, and I hope to continue winning in the next competition.
