Maintain a good quality of coffee.
Before 2010, Evin was producer of vegetables, but bad prices were leaving more losses than gains in their crops; in that year, thanks to the advice of his father, he decided to plant coffee on land that was given by inheritance. But due to the high costs of investment, in 2012, together with his spouse, they made the decision that she traveled to Spain to work, to aid in some of the costs of the family and to pay some debts that were by the planting of coffee. Thanks to that decision they were able to get out of their financial problems, and in 2013 I participated for the first time in the cup of Excellence competition finishing in 12th place. After best sell your coffee that year, his spouse back to the country already with the possibility to continue working in better conditions, for his family and the farm. Evin is now the expectation of further improving the quality of the coffee and with the sale of its coffee this year want to improve your home since it is very small and his family is growing, also he built 2 solar dryers.
