History
I am a young coffee grower. I am 33 years old and I only studied 4 years of primary school. The members of my family are my wife Maribel, our three sons Jessica, John and Karen, and my parents Epifanio and Ana. I am a member of the Association of Coffee Growers Juan Cafe.
Environmental Care
I protect the fauna, flora, and in general the environment in the farm. I don't hunt animals, we have some deers and iguanas in the farm. I don't burn the land either. I know the importance of keeping the native forest in the borders of the sources of fresh water.
Coffee Processing Information
There are no problems in the farm with the with broca because I make cultural controls permanently. I only pick up red cherries, depulping is done the same day and fermentation takes between 12 and 16 hours. I wash with fresh water and drying process is done by sun exposure.
