History
He is a traditional coffee grower. When he was 18 years old, he worked as coffee picker, travelling around different areas of the country. In all these travels he learnt different topics about the coffee, knowledge that he is applying today in his own farm. He, his wife and his 5 sons work all together in the family farm. They are fans of the organic production culture.
Environmental Care
He has established carefully the shade grown using native shade trees, mainly in the areas around the water sources. He also uses the wastes of the wet milling process as organic material to fertilize.
