Overview

Bella Vista is situated in Llano Bonito of Leon Cortes, at 1950 meters above sea level. It is situated high on the mountains with a beautiful view, there for its name. It grows 100% CATURRA coffee. This farm was sown in the year 2000 by its owners, who have been in the coffee activity for over 50 years and producing very high quality coffee because of its characteristics. The location allows it to receive the first morning sun, as well as the influence from the Pacific Ocean. Special assistance, fertilization, and a perfect pick helps for a more personalized process, all in charge of one family, allowing a more meticulous care of the soil, plantation and coffee variety. The coffee is harvest at its ripest and as part of its quality control; its traceability is guarantied, from the harvest to the storage, producing high quality coffee with a great body, fine acidity and honey sweetness. This coffee is the final product of a family’s effort and dedication to offer a distinctive and high quality coffee. This farm was awarded with the first place in Cup of Excellence 2009.
