History
We bought the farm in 1973 and we started with crops of caturra variety. After working for 3 years we received enough money from the sales of the coffee. We used this money to build the house where we are currently living. We are growers of tradition and we work very hard to produce.
Environmental Care
We try to keep in the farm as much native trees as we can. These trees are fundamental for the natural source of the fresh water we use in the domestic consumption.
Coffee Processing Information
We normally pick up ripe beans; we leave in the tree the not completely ripe cherries. The depulping process is done immediately and fermentation is done in a tank for 24 hours. Then we use fresh water for washing, then drying process is done by sun exposure.
