The allotment is the inheritance of our parents. When Claudia got married, his father told to her and his husband that the land was the only gift they was able to give, that we have to take care of it and he desired that it wasn’t never sold because that was the only real heritage we had. Since then we worked a lot on the coffee cultivation and I hope to give it to our kids with the same love and philosophy.
We demonstrate ourselves that working the coffee plantations as our parents taught us, with effort and love, have always positive results.
This experience learned will be transmitted to our kids; we want them to be conscious and careful about the land, the coffee and the importance for our community. We wish that they love this activity as we are loving or more.
We demonstrated the quality of our coffee, to ourselves, to the companies, cooperatives and other buyers. We demonstrate that our coffee is superior in quality and not low quality as many people tried to make us believe. Nowadays we have the elements to say that our coffee is a specialty coffee and because of this we must get paid better and fair prices.
