The farm is located in Bandera de Dota, at 1850 meters above sea level and it is characterized because of it being a big slope. The name comes after a neighbor´s joke who said: “this land looks like a table that is missing tow legs” referring to the sloping terrain.
When we bought the farm it has been abandoned by its former owner, and after 4 years of hard work, we managed to rescue the coffee plantation and began the coffee production.
The property has a very rocky surface where the Caturra variety is produced under the shade of some plantains, poros and avocado trees. It is a place rich in wildlife where you can see coatis, peccaries and tapirs; it is a real natural treasure within the estate.
We ensure the traceability and the quality of our coffee by educating our coffee collectors, this way we accomplish the picking of only red and ripe cherries that are then process very carefully in our mill.
