Overview
I worry about the quality of the beans and for the environment, since 2003 thanks to the company of the Coffee Committee of Tolima, we decided to make a change in the harvest practices, when we discover the skills of the coffee cup that I produce in my farm; in that way, we initiated a process of renovation of coffee trees, improvement of the wet process and the drying adopting a parabolic system. I live with my wife and children in the farm, we are coffee farmers for tradition, and we have participated in all of the Cup of Excellence Competitions, very proud of my wife Edith Enciso being the number one in 2006 and in the finals in other versions.
