History
I am 67 years old, I was originally born in a different state of Colombia called Boyaca (the name of the town is Maripi), then I moved to Cundinamarca State where I was working in different areas, then I met the woman who I married with and then we keep moving to different cities and finally we decided to stablish our family in the Meta region. The farm is quite big, but in coffee there are only 4 hectares. Almost all the farm has grass for catle.
Environmental Care
The farm has a natural source of fresh water, but that source is far from the house, therefore, we must collect the water in plastic tanks and take them until the house for the domestic use and also for the wet milling process.
Coffee Processing Information
I do a traditional wet milling process, I only pick the red cherries which are depulped the same day, the fermentation takes 12 hours and the drying process is done by sun exposure in parabolic driers.
