Overview
The word of Jaime Vasquez: My fathers have being coffee farmers forever; in that way they pass to me the love for coffee, thanks to their hard efforts they give us the possibility of study the primary school. Being an adult I met Doralba Bautista who I felt in love fruit of that love our beautiful daughter was born, her name Angela Maria, she is 22, and thanks to our coffee labour and the support of the family she is in third semester of -Management of Banks-We have participated in two Cup of Excellences; the last one was great motivation to keep doing the quality job in our field. Care of the Environment Perhaps my farm is not certified, but we are making a integrate management of the crop; protecting the forest, rivers and streams that cross the region; at the same time we are trying to preserve the soil implementing different practices, we dont permit burning of solids or pieces of land. We are processing the coffee in a traditional way, for the control of broca we do with the RE-RE, and for the cleaning of the farm we use integral and protective methods, because we know that the soil is a treasure that needs the protection if we want the new generations to enjoy it.
