SACOF KIGEYO is located in Kivumu Sector, Rutsiro District, in Western Province at a high altitude where coffee plantations are grown. The CWS started in 2010 by a company known as SACOF. The coffee plantations are mainly owned by individuals who are grouped into cooperatives namely KODUKAKI with 556 members. SACOF Company is owned by Mrs KAGIMBANYI UWIMBABAZI Maggie who is a hard working entrepreneur woman. The Coffee Washing Station operates under the following climatic conditions:
