History of the Farm:
Since I was a child I learn about the cultivation of coffee thanks to my parents.
With much effort I bought the farm land in order to plant coffee of different varieties as the Pacamara.
I had seen quite a few friends who had participated in Cup of Excellence and they have won.
The farm consists in eleven acres. Only 6.5 acres are cultivated with coffee 3.5 are Pacamara and 3 a mix from Pacas and Bourbón.
My family consists in 6 members, my wife and four children. I have 3 people working with me at the farm and I hope one day my children work on the farm which will be his legacy
I decided to experience with the honey process and it has gone good, as I have participated before with this process In COE, I'm very happy for this and I hope to have a good price for my coffee.
