Sitio Serra da Bela Vista was obtained in 1994, having the coffee harvest started in 1998, with the varieties Catuai and Acaiá, highlighting the last one. The farm is basically explored with a small amount of cattle and about 90.000 coffee plants. The water that supplies the farm has its own sources. In a small scale are produced fruits and greens for self consumption. Is about 15 km (9.32 miles) from the city Carmo de Minas.
