Wet mill: ecologic wet mill whose water source comes from natural wells. A method of water recirculation is utilized in all process in the effort to use less quantity of water. We have water treatment in sediment piles and utilization of pulp in plantations with the transformation of lombricompost.
All the coffee is sun dried in patios, which gives us very good cup quality. With over 60 years in coffee production, the Juarez family is in its fourth coffee grower family, and has continued this legacy producing one of the best coffees of the region.
