Finca los robles, was planted as a new farm with pacamara in 2011 due to its location and altitude growth was very slow and our first harvest only happened 5 years later, however the wait and the extra effort was worth it in 2016 we won 9th place with an 88.44 score the national quality competition. In 2015 we started planting geisha and arabiga varietals, the main goal of this farm is to produce only top quality varietals in order to take full advantage of its location and climate. Sadly on 2017 half of the farm was burnt to the ground and much of our effort went up in smoke however we were blessed this year with a very good crop on the remaining half and we have replanted the half that was burned. Our pacamara will explode in your taste buds with fruity, citric, panela notes in a well-balanced cup. The farming methods used are environmentally friendly and so is the milling process which is done in our own micro mill located in our sister farm pinares, the coffee is dried in african tables and in an elevated patio this coffee is the result of team effort, perseverance, attention to detail, dedication, lots of love and passion for coffee.
