Eduard was raised in a coffee farm but 8 years ago decided to have his own farm where he grows caturra, Colombia F7 and plans to have Gesha, Pink Bourbon, Tabi and Typica. This is the second time he participates in Cup of Excellence but the first time he gets to the auction. This time Eduard made sure to implement a different process taking care of the picking and fermentation in order to get a different profile.
He expects to keep improving through better processes and projects his farm with different varieties that could allow him to bring other profiles. One of the biggest challenges of producing specialty coffees is the drying phase as this always depends on the climate conditions.
