José Alvaro inherited from his parents the coffee production, for very long time it was very hard to make a profit out of it until he decided to start producing high-quality coffee. Thanks to this he has managed to improve his quality with the support of one of his sons who is a quality analyst. Today he has a manager in his farm who is in charge of controlling all the processes which allow José to spend more time with his family.
For José and his wife, this has been a very long process as they had to start from scratch building their house by themselves and prepare the farm for the coffee growing. Today he has a long-term commercial relationship with a buyer and he expects to continue producing and improving year after year his quality and always deliver the best product he can.
