Franco used to grow beans, green peas, and cattle and 32 years ago he decided to switch to the coffee production. He has competed several times in Cup of Excellence being always in the first 10 places, he says that this has allowed him to establish commercial long-term relationships. He presented a Castillo honey process this year.
