FARM STORY: Dedicated to coffee growing, we have this farm that is located in an area of recognized cafeteria tradition, which has produced coffee of strict height for more than 60 years.
LOCATION: Located in the Cordillera del Bálsamo, in the San Antonio Canton, Municipality of Tamanique, La Libertad, under the following coordinates: 454201.4106; 281047.0681. Surrounded by green mountains, rivers, high levels of cloudiness, rain and cold all year round. It has an altitude that ranges between 1,000 and 1,400 meters above sea level.
VARIETIES: The varieties that are produced in this farm are: Bourbon, Pacas, Catisic, Icatu, Catuaí and Pacamara. The cup of San Emilio coffee is of fine acidity, full body full and pleasant with floral notes.
