CEDRUYOC is the name of my farm, because we grow CEDROS cedar trees at the farm, we have it for 5 years now and it is cultivated with TYPICA and BOURBON, it is located 1 hour away from the district of YANATILE, at 1880msl and a really appropriate weather that enhance the qualities of our coffee. Our philosophy is to live in harmony with the environment, we do not think that burning trees or destroying the native forest would do something good for our farm, instead we believe the natural components of the soil and the convivence with the fauna will help us to have a more dynamic activity.
Since I was young, I have been working as an agriculture with my wife, the partner of all my adventures. I remember when we initiate with our first plants in the farm located at LACCO YAVERO SIMPACHACA when the yellow rust of coffee arrived and destroy all the plants we had. Making us to take the decision of migrate together with all my family to CEDRUYOC place where we are at, since we move, we start from cero planting coffee crops and being patient. Nowadays we are starting planting GECHA trees. We belong to the association of VALLEINCA where we have been advised and also, we took our coffee with their help to participate in CUP OF EXCELLENCE and we are happy because now we are having our coffee sell with fair prices.
