Climate in La Esperanza de Mendez is template, and our main coffee varieties are Bourbn and arábigo which are two of the best in the region and known nationally and internationally for its quality.
The climate is very special, because it contributes to its excellent cup quality.
The careful coffee control is important, and we ensure it is carefully controlled from nursery, production until the de-pulping process. Then, we carefully ferment and are very careful with the quality of water we use to wash our coffee.
It is important to consider the drying process, because these are details of extreme importance to guarantee coffee quality. Proper storage is also very important.
These processes are done with a lot of effort because it is something that keeps the quality of the coffee and requirements that are recommended by ANACAFÉ.
The owner of the farm is Rogelio Saúl Méndez Juárez, who is from San Marcos and who since a very young age, dedicated himself fully to coffee.
