History of the farm
Sítio Santo Antônio is located in the Ressaca community, a place with ideal soil and climate for producing specialty coffees. Producer Antônio Macedo Souza, affectionately known as Zinho, is very concerned about the quality of his coffees and has achieved several awards in BSCA quality contests.
Coffee processing system
The coffee is processed in the wet method. Only ripe beans are picked, which are pulped and dried on a patio with a greenhouse until they reach the correct humidity. Then they are stored for final processing.
Concern about quality
All treatment is done to produce excellent quality coffees, from selective harvesting, drying in greenhouses and correct warehousing, everything is done for the best possible quality of the product.
