The farm is located in the town of Pariamarca to the west of the District of Querocoto, Province of Chota at a height of 2,240 m.s.n.m. At the outset, the land areas were part of the Pariamarca hacienda owned by Mesones Ubillus, after the agrarian reform, took possession of the Rufasto family who started with coffee farming in an empirical way.
In 2010 the Caturra, Típica and Paches varieties were installed, whose first crops were in the year 2013 with 5 qq, the 2014 10 qq., 2015 20 qq and 2016 30 qq.
