Luis is the second generation of coffee growers in his family, he started to work in coffee since he is 12 years old and today he lives with his 16 years old son who is his right hand and supports him in all the coffee processes. His initiative to learn more has lead him to do some trainings in different fields of the value chain such as farming practices, sensory skills, and barista skills and this way being know closely his quality and processing methods.
He always had good references about Cup of Excellence and the recognition that producers get which encouraged him to participate this year. As high-quality coffee grower, Luis Arnobi recommends good management of the plantation, consistency with the processing methods, good nutrition and fertilization. His desire is to keep improving his quality and get a coffee laboratory.
