HE STARED WITH A INHERITED LAND OF 1 HECTARE OF LAND, WHICH HE CULTIVATED WITH COFFEE IN THE YEAR 2012, THEN I PURCHASE MORE LAND AND IT WAS CULTIVATING, UNTIL TO ARRIVE TO THE 1.05 HECTARES CULTIVATED OF COFFEE.

SELECTION OF THE CHERRY IN ITS OPTIMUM MATURATION, SECOND CUTTING HONEY PROCESS.
