Tell us briefly, how you start in the coffee business: I started in 2015 with parainema coffee.
What did you do to make the participating lot special? Given the good weather conditions, good attendance at the farm and good practice in the milling and drying of coffee.
What have you done to improve the quality of your coffee?
Harvest: Red cherries, optimal cutting point
Wet mill: Washing with clean water at the exact point of fermentation.
Drying process: The pre-drying is done first in a screen and then the coffee is put into the solar dryer
