He becomes with the renovation process all the related lots and today at the property there are ages between the 2 and 6 years in lots; optimal ages to produce coffee of high quality. He has been in the head of the process of adjustment of the farm to soon fulfill the norm for Rainforest certification in 2005. They also have FLO certification, UTZ and Cafe Practices verification.
