Luis Ancelmo has been in the coffee world since he is 11 years old. For many years, he worked as coffee picker in different regions of Colombia , Tolima, Quindío and Valle. Finally in 1992 he bought his farm where he decides to grow Caturra and Castillo varieties. Luis says that part of the great results of his coffee are thanks to the technical support of the processing methods and the good nutritional management of his plantations.
This is the first time he participates in this kind of competition and he encourages other producers to participate and this way keep positioning the region.
