Juan Ramon, as an agronomist, has mastered meticulously the agronomical aspects of boutique coffee production on his farms and the milling process at his Micromill Brumas del Zurqui, which he started 11 years ago.
La Nena is one of his farms, where he has been implementing progressive agronomical practices, thru soil and tissue analysis feeding the plant precisely what is needed. The farm is 4 years old and grows Villasarchí variety. It is located on the Central Valley coffee region at 1500 meters above sea level. This lot is a Red Honey process.
