The Farm “El Limo” is a heritage from Jose´s father, it it’s an organic coffee, and the coffee farm is the way of Jose to improve the life quality of his family. Jose Rumaldo learns of the coffee industry from his father, who teaches him to only harvest the ripe cherries and look after the farm. He ferments his coffee for 20hours in clean water from a natural spring, and dries his coffee using a solar drier. His main goal is to provide a future for his kids and to give them the best education possible.
