After being harvested, the coffee is washed, going through the pulper, then the beans are taken for drying on suspended or cement patios.
Concern about quality
After bring prepared on the farm, the coffee is taken to Armazens Gerais Carapina in Eloi Mendes, where each lot receives its identification number.
