History
The members of my family are my wife Diomar and my two daughters Luisa and Carolina. We all live in the farm where, in addition to the coffee, we have crops of plantains, corn, beans, fruits, etc., all the coffee we have in the farm are Caturra variety, the coffee trees are divided in three lots, one is 3, other 5 and the last one is 7 years old.
Environmental Care
The farm has two different natural sources of fresh water, which are protected by native forest, the wet millng process is ecologycal and filters for the residual waters. The house is provided with a septical tank for the wastes as well. All the members of the family work in the preservation and protection of the wildlife, for that reason, the farm has a big biodiversity of fauna and flora.
Coffee Processing Information
The wet milling process is done in the traditional way, with a parabolic sun drier.
