History
My family has 5 people, I, my wife, three daughters and my father. I have been a coffee growers for many years, I learnt from my father who was also a coffee producer. My farm is small, only 1.5 hectares and I only produce Caturra variety. All the farm is semishade with native trees.
Environmental Care
As I have in the same farm a natural source of fresh water which we use for the washing of the coffee and also for the daily use of the house, I am very consious of the importance of the preservation of the small river we have. Also, this land is very mountainous and the erosion is always present, so it is very important the preservation of the native trees.
Coffee Processing Information
The wet milling is done in the farm with a septic tank for the wastes, all the coffee is washed using clean and fresh water and the drying process is done by sun exposure.
