In the year 2005 NORMAN CHOQUE CCUNO received the farm as an heritage it was part of the land that was dedicated for coffee production. A while later he decided to buy more ground to expand his production area. The farm name is BELLA SIEMPRE VIVA because besides being mostly cultivated with coffee trees from three different varieties: CATURRA ROJA, BOURBON, GESHA.
It has also native trees, and small scale agronomic crops, such as strawberries, lemons, oranges, pineapple, tapioca, and plantains, what makes a whole area that looks always beautiful and alive. The farm is located 1640msl has 2ha. And produces an approximated of 40 qq.
Norman is the second generation of a family dedicated to the production of coffee, his parents produced coffee and citrus fruits. They started to cultivate coffee due to a government Project developed in those days in that area. Growing surrounded by coffee Norman developed his love for coffee and decided to study to become a coffee technician, which make him improve his farm and take a better advance from it. Three years ago Norman joins the quality team of CAFÉ LA CANDELARIA, who focus on research in the field, process post harvest, roast and ground it. It is in this way that Norman's coffee obtains an added value and is commercialized under the Brand of “CAFÉ LA CANDELARIA”.
