Coffee processing system: Natural
Concern about quality:
The father carefully chose the location for the Bourbn crops, at 1200 m. The harvest is selective and only ripe coffee cherries make up the lot. The coffee is taken directly from the fields to the patio. It is raked repeatedly (to promote uniform drying) by Ivanil, a collaborator responsible for handling the washing, drying and processing of the coffee. The goal is to continuously improve the production and commercialization of a coffee that meets the most demanding standards of quality of potential partners worldwide.
