John is the 3rd generation of coffee growers in his family, he inherited his family tradition of coffee production 10 years ago, the time he has dedicated to experiment with different varieties and processing methods. John is passionate about the constant improvements that he can make when processing his coffees and see the results of the hard work which at the end of the day positively impacts the quality of life of all his coworkers.
The pandemic brought some challenges regarding health security as he had to implement new protocols in order to take care of the people working at his farm.
Placing 3rd in the contest makes him set high goals to keep improving his practices in order to position his coffees worldwide.
