History
I love coffee since I was a kid because my mother was a coffee picker, so I always wanted to be a grower. That dream came true when I was quite young, I bought my own farm, which I made some improvements and started growing coffee. I live with my wife and kids who help me a lot. I think coffee culture is the best activity I can do.
Environmental Care
I'm always taking care of the natural sources of fresh water, planting native trees in the borders of the river. We don't allow the people to hunt wild animals in the farm. In general terms we take care of the environment, protecting the native forest, trees and soil.
Coffee Processing Information
We pick up only ripe beans, which are depulped immediately without using water. Fermentation takes 18 hours, washing is done with fresh water and drying is by sun exposure.
