HISTORY
Finca La Soledad has been a Pérez family coffee farm since 1895, named in honor of my Grandmother, Soledad de Carmen, we inherited this farm from my grandfather JOSE LEON PEREZ LIMA.
My father HENIO RAUL PEREZ M. has been working this farm for the past 30 years, and had a lot of experience in coffee production and processing, his work always has been oriented not only in producing a lot of coffee, but producing this with quality, all the processing methods, care and knowledge has been inhered by our grandparents.
