History
Our farm was an inheritance that my wife received from her parents. We have had this farm for 12 years. Almost immediately we received the farm, we started with coffee plantations. Several years ago, we built the house where we are currently living with our 6 years. I am a convinced and traditional coffee grower.
Environmental Care
We protect the native forest of the farm as well as the sources of fresh water. We don't throw the wastes of the coffee wet milling process to the water source.
Coffee Processing Information
In harvest time, we pick up the red cherries twice per month. Fermentation takes around 16 hours, and then washing is done with fresh water. Drying process is done using the parabolic solar drier.
