Mr. Selestino started working in 2002, since, his desire to work was devoted to planting bushes of the variety Typica, Borbón and Marago. Not all the plants came to develop and that made it difficult for the producer to advance, however that did not stop him from continuing to work began to make efforts to improve the quality of the plant and thus have better results, for 2013 began to plant geisha variety coffee while continuing to plant the previous varieties; this is where the farm Santa Cruz farm begins its best stage, carrying out the whole process of wet mill, he mentions that previously the process was not considered important, so the importance of obtaining a good quality of coffee was unknown, currently Mr. Selestino has 3.00 hectares of production and is organized in the Association of Coffee growers La Concordia coffee growers SPR. of RL. The organization oversees supporting the members, the benefits it has as a member is in procedures such as credits, supplies and technical assistance to improve its production. In addition, the organization supported him to participate in the contest "Cup of Excellence Mexico 2018", obtaining the 4th place in the contest. Now Mr. Selestino is more motivated to continue working and improve their quality of coffee.
