Job Neel Cáceres, Fani Yeselia Moreno y Extreberto Cáceres Gutiérrez
– Finca El Nacimiento 1, El Nacimiento 2 y Cielito Lindo
Job working with his family in the cultivation of rice, corn and coffee until 1998, after that year, through a program, traveled to the Bahamas to work, return to the country next year, and a friend recommended you know some properties in El Cielito, Santa Barbara; there buy 22 acres of land (mostly forest conservation areas) at low cost and quickly start sowing 1.4 hectares of coffee. In 2001 I travelled to the United States to work as he had no source of income and the coffee was still in development, spent 7 years there and during that time his father was in charge of the farm. Meanwhile Fani comes from a family of farmers, as she says: "I was born, grew up and I'm raising to my coffee", her family to her corresponded you the work of pulp washing and drying the coffee. Married to the Job in 1999 and she was strong in the home support when Job sowed the first part of the estate; Once Job traveled to the United States she followed him also looking for a job.
During his stay abroad, Don Extreberto Caceres, Job´s father, was in charge of the administration of the estate, the I continue planting coffee, and in 2006, oriented him that coffee on the farm "Cielito Lindo" could have potential as a specialty coffee, and that same year, I participate and stay in second place in the cup of excellence, that same year bought the property where currently farms "birth 1" and "2 birth".
In 2008 Job and Fani returned home and began working heavily on farms that are managed in partnership between the three, being more responsible Job. Currently they are intended to maintain the production of farms, but under an agroforestry system thinking on the protection of the environment and also to buy a new property in another area of coffee with the intention of supporting their children to sow their own farms.
