History
I was born in the same farm I am living now. I grew up in the middle of coffee trees so the love for the coffee crops is almost natural for me. I remember I started with coffee when I was 10 years old. When I was 25 I already had my own small farm. I live here with my family, which is conformed by my wife Berselia, and my for children: Viviana, Milena, Jesus and Johnny. All the works in the farm are done using the familiar handwork. My children help me in the farm once the finish the daily journal in the school.
Environmental Care
I am very respectful for the environment, I avoid burning the lands, I don´t apply pesticieds to my crops, and all the wastes from the house are recicled. I also colaborate with reforesting jornals in areas where the natural sources of fresh water are born.
Coffee Processing Information
Traditional wet milling process, I only pick red cherries which I depulp the same day. Washing is done the next day with clean and fresh water and I use the sun exposure for drying the parchment.
