History
My family came from the coffee area. It is a small family conformed by my wife Rosalba and my daugther Diana, my wife is pregnant right now and we both are waiting for the boy in the family, this situation makes us very happy and full of expectations.
Environmental Care
Our farm is located in a protected area because many water sources which provide fresh water to the municipalty aqueduct are born there, so we are all committed with the preservation of this area. We don't hunt nor have wildlife in captivity in the farm. We are in process to get the Rainforest Alliance certification.
Coffee Processing Information
The farm has its own natural sources of water which is used for the washing process. The pulp is decomposed to be used lately for fertilizing the crops. As a cultural tradition, I only pick red cherries and I depulp the same day of the harvesting.
