The triangle is because of the way the farm is, it was the first one inherited by my dad.
My dad was dedicated to growing coffee so we were always incorporated, I started as a promoter and then became a partner. The producers needed help with the certifications and I did that work, I liked how the cooperative worked. This cooperative has always been very careful, there I entered directly as organic because my inheritance was already worked that way.
I got more involved when my dad was a partner, and then I joined.
I like to work as organic and of the cultivation activities what I like to do the most is raising nurseries, I have been a fanatic, and during harvest time is what motivates us the most, cutting also, because as small producers we also are employers of other families in the community. I really like the whole process.
It is the livelihood of our families. I depend on it. Before this we had basic grains, but we diversified the plot and planted coffee. We depend on coffee because historically as a family it is what has brought us forward. I have grown in this activity.
