Since 2008, the St. Lawrence Farm is certified by the Rainforest Alliance and Utz Certified, which ensures its commitment to sustainable farming practices and their concern with the improvement in income distribution, education and awareness of its employees. The farm adopts techniques of precision agriculture, seeking to rationalize the use of agricultural inputs when handling the soil and protecting plants, respecting the existing spatial variability.
