Concern about quality
Sustainability actions: Preservation of forests. Bush management with slashing, with a goal of erosion control, reducing silting of rivers.
As the farm is in a high-altitude area, proper bush management improves infiltration of rainwater, contributing to refilling of springs.
Soils at the origin have high levels of the element potassium, demanding more care in their maintenance and preservation, as they contribute greatly to the aroma and quality of the drink.
Organic fertilization based on fertility levels in soil analysis.
Leaf nutrition with micro-elements based on leaf analysis.
Pesticides, especially Glyphosate, are not used.
